The Cheese Islands are two islands which hold large quantities of cheese foodstuffs. The first island, named Mount Cheeseopolitan Island, is home to Professor Heathormen. The second island, named Mount Cheesemore Island, is the new home base of the Pirats. In Reader Rabbit 2nd Grade: Mis-cheese-ious Dreamship Adventures!, Reader Rabbit and his friends are in their Dreamship being chased by Captain Ratbeard and his crew. The Pirats fire cheeseballs, one of them hitting the Dreamship's engine, causing the Dreamship to sail towards Mount Cheesemore. Reader and his friends are stranded on the first island. They explore both islands to gather ingredients needed for Professor Heathormen to repair his hovercraft, and then they proceed to liberate the Dreamship from the Pirats.
